Hi, Can anyone give me some advice? I’ve been offered £1750 for my car less 10% salvage value by an insurance company after someone went into the back of me. I’ve also been told I can keep the car but what I want to know is can I drive it legally after this? It is driveable & I’ve been using it since the accident awhile waiting the insurance company sorting something out. Damage is crumple in spare wheel well & difficulty in closing hatchback door which now requires a good ’slam’. Thanks
