Aston Martin has revealed a new AMVOX2 DB9 Transponder component in partnership with Jaeger-LeCoultre.

The new accessory will enable car owners to open the doors of their vehicle with a simple press of their watch.

Prior to entering their cars, owners are simply required to press the "open" option on the watch glass in order to unlock the car, whereas completing the same task on the "close" position between 15:00 and 16:00 on the clock face will lock the vehicle.

The original DBS Transponder watch was the first that was manufactured with the ability to direct access to a luxury sports car via an internal micro transmitter system.

Meanwhile, Bosch recently revealed that its one millionth Denoxtronic exhaust-gas treatment system has been manufactured at its Hallen plant in Austria.

These systems originally began production in certain areas of Europe and Japan around 2004 and an amendment of their design was released in 2006.
